MPL Fantasy Pro

Shipped during IPL 2022 as MPL’s most ambitious 0→1 fantasy innovation: a live team-trading system that enabled users to trade fantasy teams mid-match. I played a key role in shaping the experience end-to-end — from early wireframes to visual delivery — while collaborating across design, engineering, and QA to launch the most differentiated feature of the season. Outcome was 5% uplift in engagement and additional 2.4% revenue per match.
